Duties
- Plan and execute engaging volleyball training sessions tailored to various skill levels
- Teach fundamental techniques such as serving, passing, setting, attacking, and blocking
- Develop game strategies and conduct team practices to enhance coordination and performance
- Motivate players to improve their skills while emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork
- Organize and oversee matches, ensuring safety protocols are followed during play
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their technique and confidence
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport
Requirements
- Proven experience in coaching volleyball or playing at a competitive level
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of players
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to demonstrate proper skills in swimming or facilitate swimming activities is a plus but not mandatory
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for developing athletes’ abilities and love for the game
- Reliable, organized, with excellent leadership qualities to manage team dynamics effectively
