Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional window cleaning experience preferred
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Must be available to start work at 6:00 AM
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew on residential and commercial window cleaning jobs
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Train and support team members
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain equipment and company standards
