SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general computer operations.
- Have professional phone and email etiquette.
- Have a strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Punjabi and/or Hindi is an asset.
- Organization and time-management skills are essential .
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Professional work ethic is mandatory. We are committed to providing our clients with the best service, and that means our team is dedicated to protecting client information and serving them in a professional manner.
- Some post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in a similar role considered an asset.
- Ability to work over-time to meet deadlines, if required (e.g. tax season, payroll deadlines, etc.).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing payroll services for clients.
- Assist with daily phone calls, including, but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to general inquiries, transferring calls, and calling clients when required to do so.
- Booking appointments with clients.
- General administrative tasks including, but not limited to, banking, photocopying, scanning, printing, faxing, and managing mail.
- Greeting clients upon arrival.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
