Gilbert M. Rioux et fils is a well-known multi-generational transportation company. The company serves the Maritimes, the Province of Quebec and the Province of Ontario. Its fleet has more than 70 trucks and must be able to carry out adequate maintenance to maintain its excellent service. It is for this reason that Gilbert M. Rioux et fils is actively seeking to expand his team of heavy-duty mechanics. We are actively looking for Read Seal Mechanics and Licensed Mechanics.
Main tasks
- Performs regular maintenance inspection to meet regulatory requirements and company standards
- Repairs problems and deficiencies identified in inspections
- Diagnoses and repairs failures that cause breakdowns on vehicles
- Overhauls equipment
- Outfits new equipment and make them ready for the fleet
- Performs scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune-ups
- All other tasks related.
Education:
- Mechanic College certification
