We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Paid 30-minute lunch break
- No weekends required (occasional overtime may be available during peak seasons)
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment
- Create shipping labels for all online customer orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and packaging standards.
- Coordinate shipments using various courier platforms.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Pick products and prepare pallet shipments.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Help maintain an efficient warehouse workflow.
E-Commerce Administration
- Maintain and update online product listings across various sales channels.
- Create and set up new product SKUs and listings.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory remain accurate.
- Assist with general online marketplace maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience is an asset.
- Experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is considered an asset.
- Comfortable using computers and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
