Duration: 6-months to start
Location: Toronto
Onsite: Hybrid, expectation is 2-3 days per week onsite at Publicis Sapient office. Occasional client visit (local) may be required as well.
Interview Process: 1-2 internal interview rounds and 1 final client round expected
Top Skills Needed: GCP, GKE, Observability Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.), Jenkins, and experience in Production deployments

- Seeking a Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining application health, configuring observability and alerting solutions, triaging production incidents, troubleshooting performance and latency issues, and supporting Kubernetes-based environments.
- Candidates should have strong experience with application support, distributed systems, monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD processes, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, distributed tracing, and cloud-based applications is required.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale retail or eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP Mandatory) and microservices architectures.
