We are looking for a consultative and results-driven Account Executive to convert qualified sales opportunities into long-term agency partnerships. You will work closely with agency owners to understand their business objectives, recommend the most suitable E2M solutions, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
As an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle—from discovery and solution consulting to negotiation and closing—while ensuring a seamless transition to our Client Success team for long-term relationship management.

Conduct discovery and strategy calls with qualified agency owners.

Understand client business goals, operational challenges, and growth plans.

Recommend the most appropriate E2M services and engagement models based on client needs.

Present tailored proposals, service offerings, and pricing solutions.

Handle objections professionally while building trust and credibility.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.

Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, forecasts, and sales activities.

Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Marketing, and Client Success teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Ensure smooth handoff of newly acquired clients to the Client Success team.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
