We're looking for a creative professional to help establish our social media presence while staying true to our existing brand identity.
About the Role
This is not a traditional social media management position.
Our branding, website, and visual identity are already established. We are looking for someone who can translate that brand into a polished, professional presence across LinkedIn and Instagram through exceptional design, content planning, and storytelling.
This is an initial project-based contract with the opportunity for ongoing work.
Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our brand.
- Design high-quality content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create branded templates for posts, stories, and carousels.
- Develop a content calendar and content pillars.
- Design graphics that showcase our projects, development process, company story, and industry expertise.
- Work with our team to maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice.
- Collaborate with our virtual assistant, who will assist with scheduling and ongoing posting.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong graphic design skills and an excellent design portfolio.
- Experience creating content for premium brands.
- Exceptional typography and layout skills.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience with architecture, commercial real estate, construction, development, or luxury brands is considered a strong asset.
