Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Equipment Operator & Groundbreaker to join our team. In this dual-role position, you’ll be the master of heavy machinery one minute and a fearless digger the next. If you’ve got a passion for precision, an appetite for adventure, and a knack for switching gears, this job is calling your name
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Command an array of construction equipment like a pro – think bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
- Master the art of smooth operation while maintaining safety and efficiency – you make it look easy!
- Transition seamlessly from the cab of a machine to the trenches (literally) where you'll be digging, shoveling, and working with the team to get the job done.
- Roll up your sleeves, get dirty, and tackle tasks that require a hands-on approach – from trenching to grading.
- Collaborate with a crew of like-minded adventurers who are just as enthusiastic about a job well done.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that the job site is a secure place to work.
- Spot potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery with a clean driving record.
- Solid skills in manual labor and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- A knack for multitasking and switching between high-tech equipment and physical tasks.
- A positive attitude and an enthusiasm for tackling a variety of tasks.
- Team spirit and a sense of humor – we believe that work should be fun!
- The stamina to handle both the demands of equipment operation and the physicality of ground-level work.
