Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to work efficiently across multiple stations—including the front counter, prep station, and ovens. Your core duties will include:
- Deliver the Customer Promise: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders via the cash register, process cash/card payments, and hand out orders efficiently.
- Prepare High-Quality Food: Follow standard Little Caesars recipes and portion controls to prepare high-quality dough, sauces, pizzas, Crazy Bread, and wings.
- Maintain the "Hot-N-Ready" Showcase: Monitor bake times and keep warming cabinets stocked so customers can grab their food and go immediately.
- Safely Operate Equipment: Utilize commercial kitchen machinery safely (such as sheeters, mixers, and conveyor ovens) according to safety guidelines.
- Keep a Clean & Safe Kitchen: Maintain a spotless workspace by washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning workstations throughout the shift.
- Follow Food Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to local health department codes, company sanitation rules, and personal hygiene standards.
- Collaborate as a Team: Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to ensure fast, accurate service during peak rush hours.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ to operate certain dough equipment).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and a great team player.
