Location: Surrey, BC (On site FT permanent placement) Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 per annum + Company Benefits Work Arrangement: Full-Time, On-Site Robert Half Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner to join our client as a standalone, individual contributor capacity. This role is ideal for a senior FP& A professional who thrives in an independent environment, enjoys partnering closely with business and operations leaders, and is comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership (C-Suite executive team). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the FP& A function in the organization!
What We’re Looking For Progressive experience in senior-level FP& A functions (5+ years), including financial modeling, revenue analysis, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. Strong business partnering experience, working closely with operational and business stakeholders to support decision-making. Heavy, hands-on use of AI within the finance function, with demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, analysis, reporting, or decision support. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Comfortable working independently and owning responsibilities from start to finish without direct staff management. Experience with system implementations and/or post-implementation support is considered a strong asset. CPA Designation is required This position requires regular on-site presence to support cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, and the continued development of finance processes and capabilities.
