We are looking for a professional, skilled, and passionate Bartender to join our team.
Our bartenders are not only cocktail experts — they are storytellers, curators of experience, and integral members of our hospitality team.

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment

Minimum 3 years of serving experience with a strong knowledge of guest service standards

In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to guide guests through selections

Strong background in mixology; confident in crafting balanced, creative, and classic cocktails

Understanding of cocktail methodology, bar tools, and precise techniques
-
Solid knowledge of classic recipes and interest in evolving cocktail trends
-
Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification

Mix, craft, and serve cocktails with consistency and precision, following set recipes and creative direction

Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings

Serve guests at the bar and assist in table service as needed

Maintain exceptional attention to detail with all cash handling and POS procedures

Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times

Assist with ordering, inventory, and bar stock management

Perform daily and weekly bar maintenance, including cleaning, restocking, and preparation for service

Support the team and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service
