The bakery is located in Airdrie, Alberta. The facility, equipment, and infrastructure are already in place and fully provided. No financial investment is required. We’re not looking for someone to fund the business—we’re looking for someone to help build it through passion, dedication, and ambition.
What we’re searching for is the right person.
Someone who understands that great bread is a science as much as it is an art. Someone fascinated by dough development, fermentation, hydration, process control, consistency, and continuous refinement. Someone who enjoys asking, “How can we make this even better?” every single day.
