Unpain Clinic is a wellness clinic that has been providing Shockwave Therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services for over 15 years. We have two locations in South Edmonton, one located inside the Derrick Golf and Winter Club and the other in Summerside. We pride ourselves on treating the patient, not the condition, as no two people are the same. At Unpain Clinic we strive to help people living with chronic pain heal and get back to doing the activities they love most.
We are searching for an enthusiastic, driven, and friendly individual to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are a student looking for an after-school or after-class job, or you want a second position that won't eat your whole week, these hours were made for you.
The schedule is Tuesday and Friday evenings, roughly 2:00pm to 7:00 or 8:00pm, averaging about 10 hours per week. You may also be needed for occasional weekend coverage.
As a Client Care Specialist, you are the front end of Unpain Clinic and one of the most important roles. Everyone who comes in, calls, or emails talks to you, and you help them get set up to start their healing journey. If you are looking for variety in your days and a calm work environment, this position may be perfect for you.
Your responsibilities include:
- Checking clients in and out
- Preparing treatment rooms for therapists
- Assisting in getting machines ready for clients
- Assisting clients in getting on and off machines
- Processing payments and insurance
- Laundry and other cleaning tasks throughout the clinic
- Booking appointments via phone, email and in person

Requirements:
- Availability Tuesday and Friday evenings, with some weekend flexibility
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Be able to commute to two locations
- Experience with direct billing is an asset
- Reception or front desk experience is an asset
- Experience with Jane booking system is an asset
