Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail nail care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Build rapport with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell retail products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Good sanitation practices and understanding of health regulations within the beauty industry
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
