We are seeking a skilled Family Law Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in BC Provincial and Supreme Court.
Position Overview:
We are excited to invite applications for a motivated Family Law Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in family law and demonstrate a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues.
Experience in family law litigation within the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court is a valuable asset. We are looking for someone who can work independently and manage complex, demanding files. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases throughout the province. Additional Qualifications include:
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia with 2+ years of experience in family law
- Ability to manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution
- Handle complex and high-conflict files independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent written, verbal and advocacy skills
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional client services
