Job Summary

Can you bring an innovative UX design approach to the team while still reflecting our brand? As an Web Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the production and design of all GTA-Homes digital media, including our website, email campaigns and social media. You understand how to apply your visual design skills to delivery simple, accessible digital experiences that look great and are easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create a range of web-based graphic imagery including info-graphics, videos and other digital material that reflects our online marketing strategy for responsive websites on a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Collaborate with marketing team in creation of web pages, social media, blog posts and email campaigns
  • Create stunning web design work, including creating visual mockups for static and dynamic pages
  • Ensure a UX/UI design is prioritized for all platforms, including web and mobile
  • Create GUIs, layouts, templates, landing pages, navigation, and any necessary design artifacts to maximize simplicity, style and usability
  • Communicate the intended user-experience with research, user stories, wire-frames, storyboards, prototypes and mock-ups


  • University or College diploma in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX and/or 7 or more years of related experience as Web Graphic Designer
  • A stunning portfolio that showcases a range of web-based graphic imagery
  • A proven track record of creating graphics that reflect brand philosophies and contribute positively to inbound marketing strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MailChimp and WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap) and other technologies
  • Hands on experience in UX & UI design, usability, typography, colour theory
  • Proven experience working on complex online properties and a mastery of mobile-responsive design
  • Experience preparing briefs, wireframes and creative mock-ups
  • Experienced with software tools such as inVision and Sketch
  • Collaborate with digital strategy, content and development team to ensure your designs are effective across all channels.
  • Awareness of current and shifting digital media and design trends
  • Motivated and organized, with exceptional attention to detail
  • A skilled multi-tasker, who can handle multiple deadlines and work within a changing environment
  • Excels in a team setting, yet comfortable working independently on tasks when required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previously worked in a team environment (agency, studio or in house design team)
  • Knowledge of the Canadian real estate market a bonus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, organized, Adaptable and open to change
  • Ability to produce creative ideas and solutions from brief to presentation
  • Detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work extra hours when Deadlines need to be met
  • An outstanding work ethic and excellent time-management



Hours of Work: Minimum 40 hours per week
