About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated property maintenance technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties. The work will include roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, fascia and soffit work, fascia cover installation, exterior cleaning, and general property maintenance.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable working at heights, takes pride in their workmanship, and is willing to learn new skills. Previous experience in property maintenance, roofing, construction, pressure washing, landscaping, or exterior cleaning is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial roof cleaning
- Clean and maintain gutters and downspouts
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing of siding, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and other exterior surfaces
- Install fascia covers, fascia boards, soffits, and related exterior components
- Perform minor exterior repairs and maintenance as required
- Safely operate ladders, lifts, pressure washers, soft-washing equipment, hand tools, and other job-site equipment
- Set up and maintain safe work areas
- Protect landscaping, windows, vehicles, and other property during work
- Identify exterior maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation when required
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all company safety procedures and worksite requirements
- Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of property maintenance projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, roofing, construction, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, or a related trade is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and materials and performing active work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different types of work

Pay: $150.00-$220.00 per day
