Job Description
We are looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Directs Store Delivery (DSD) Associate to process and manage direct and local shipments, including high-ticket and temperature-sensitive merchandise, to ensure products reach the salesfloor efficiently and safely.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI and alcohol merchandise
- Secure high-ticket items and manage backdoor/key controls
- Maintain clean receiving areas and prepare returns, claims, and MTRs with proper documentation
- Train DSD team members and follow safety procedures for equipment and lifting
- Ensure cold chain compliance using Receiving Temperature Logs or Sure Check App
- Communicate with Operations and Office Support teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail receiving or shipping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with inventory systems and temperature logging tools is an asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Pay: From $18.55 per hour
