BRON is looking for an experienced Industrial Shop Cleaner to join our team!
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support daily facility operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, including production areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
o Maintain cleanliness across the entire facility, including shop floor, stockrooms, and outdoor areas. Washrooms as necessary (garbage’s, etc.)
o Collect garbage, cardboard, and recycling; operate and maintain compactor area.
o Sweep floors, walkways, and around machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
o Clean and restock facility items such as water coolers and washroom supplies.
o Perform routine cleaning of equipment, including floor sweepers and ventilation units.
o Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including entrances (snow removal/salting in winter, grass cutting in summer).
o Support facility upkeep tasks such as cleaning windows, signage, and work areas.
o Assist with additional duties including, but not limited to, cleaning company vehicles & machines, preparing cardboard bales as required, and driving company vehicles as needed.
Requirements:
· Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Physically capable of lifting, sweeping, shoveling, and performing repetitive tasks.
· Comfortable working around industrial equipment and environments.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety.
· Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
· Valid drivers license.
Compensation is based on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
