Job Summary
We are seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team.
This role involves fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various welding techniques, contributing to the production of high-quality products across construction, ductwork, and other manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals with accuracy and safety compliance
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
- Use calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precise dimensions
- Rigging and handling materials safely using cranes or forklifts as needed
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components for ductwork, structural elements, or custom fabrications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in machining processes when required for component fabrication or modification
- Follow safety protocols related to welding, machining, and material handling
Skills
- Prior experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required
