An innovator, trendsetter and progressive thinker, you are fluent in current and emerging digital trends and have a proven understanding of digital platforms. You will demonstrate guidance / leadership in inbound marketing, with an emphasis on developing and executing strategic direction for SEO, content marketing and marketing automation. You will be primarily responsible for inbound marketing on the accounts assigned to you. You are forward thinking and will provide an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the digital marketing function and instills this in all employees in your group.

Job breakdown:
75% Inbound Marketing

Researches keywords and develops keyword strategies to guide content creation.
Builds workflows, lists, lead scoring, email and automation within marketing automation platforms.
Builds and manages content/editorial calendars that attract qualified audiences to clients’ owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
Publishes client content to outside sites and publications, driving content and optimization for clients.
Integrates and combines best practices from marketing automation, content marketing, online lead generation, SEO and sales enablement to provide strategic planning for highly effective and fully integrated inbound campaigns.

25% Digital Analytics and Reporting

Provides SEO, content and website performance reporting on all digital and inbound marketing for clients, and recommend changes based on report data.
Researches digital trends and tactics. Evaluates consumer research, brand information, trends and relevant data to recommend digital touch point and creative communication solutions that marry brand goals with consumer needs.
Optimize client marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for cross media campaigns.
Monitor, track and analyze results of lead strategy and content strategy using software such as HubSpot, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
Requirements

Must haves:
2+ years’ experience working in the digital marketing landscape on:
Marketing automation platform experience, preferably with HubSpot, Marketo, ActOn, Pardo or MailChimp.
Experience developing blogs, whitepapers, ebooks or other marketing content based on a developed keyword plan.
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Ability to manage concurrent projects and manage time effectively, particularly under pressure
Natural curiosity and a demonstrated problem solving ability
Strong presentation and English communication skills to advocate for your recommendations with your manager and clients

Nice to have:
Experience with:
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM
SEMRush or other keyword research tool
Certification in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google, or Facebook
Knowledge of agriculture, and agriculture services

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications (an equivalent combination of education and experience also considered
