This is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, has great people skills and is comfortable taking responsibility for a team.

What I’m looking for: Residential cleaning experience is an asset
Extremely reliable and punctual
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time-management skills
Confident enough to give direction and keep a team on track
Friendly, professional and comfortable communicating with clients
Great people skills and ability to work well with different personalities
Able to work efficiently in a physically active position
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Comfortable communicating through phone/apps throughout the workday
Consistent weekday availability is a must as a Team Lead, you are not only responsible for making sure our cleaning standards are being met. You are also representing Maid by Amiee in our clients’ homes. That means professionalism is extremely important to me.
I need someone who is respectful, friendly, communicates well, handles situations appropriately and understands that when you’re leading one of my teams, you’re representing my business and the reputation we’ve worked hard to build.
I’m looking for someone who wants more than just the occasional cleaning shift. I want someone who is interested in becoming an important, dependable part of our team as we continue to grow.
