While our spa is a place of relaxation for our guests, behind the scenes is a fast-paced, active environment. If you love staying on your toes, connecting with people, and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Do
As the face and voice of Terra Nova, you will set the tone for our guests' wellness journey from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Guest Experience: Warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure every single person leaves with a fantastic experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer multiple busy phone lines efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming demeanor.
- Bookings & Payments: Expertly schedule appointments and accurately handle POS (Point of Sale) payments and transactions.
- Spa Hospitality: Assist with guest needs across the reception and lounge areas, keeping the flow seamless during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For (Job Requirements)
- Availability: Must be fully available to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
- Fast-Paced Capability: Proven ability to keep up, stay organized, and multitask in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Credentials: Must hold a valid Smart Serve certification.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Tech & Cash Skills: Comfortable operating POS systems and handling financial transactions accurately.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
