Fuddruckers Restaurant is looking for an experienced, energetic and customer focused evening manager to lead our restaurant during evening operations. Key Responsibilities:
- lead and supervise evening operations
- ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- coach, train, and motivate team members
- manage staffing levels and delegate responsibilities effectively
- maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- monitor cash handling and closing procedures
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Qualifications:
- a desire to see the food service industry as a career
- the energy to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant
- you need to have a “hands on” attitude
- minimum 2 years restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
- strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
- food safe certification considered an asset
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
