Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines
- Ensure all areas are kept organized and free of clutter to promote a safe environment
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes
