Join Our Team as a Kitchen Steward:
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things spotless and organized? The Prince George Hotel is looking for a seasonal Kitchen Steward to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

What You'll Do:
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment (WHMIS)
- Support receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned
- Report safety hazards, incidents, and maintenance concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
- Take initiative to ensure the kitchen remains in top condition at all times
What You Bring:
- Previous stewarding or kitchen experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work closing shifts
