Job Overview
The Tent Crew members are a team of people that will work together to setup and tear down event/wedding tents. Keep the work area clean and safe for working conditions as well as work with our clients to set up tents for events. Success in this position needs a strong attention to details, excellent customer service & communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Setup & tear down of tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment required for on location client set up and warehouse return/storage
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work as a team
- Good customer service abilities. Must be able to communicate with clients in a respectful manner and make the client always feel welcome
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English
- Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
- Able to work on their feet for the duration of the day
- Needs to be physically fit to be able to lift & carry a minimum 75lbs for inventory management, truck loading/unloading and community event set ups
- Available for some weekend hours

- Must be able to maintain professional manner while on the job. Follow all company policies (Health, harassment, safety, etc.) to maintain mutual respect between colleagues.
- MUST be reliable. Arrive for shift and ready to work on time.
NOT REQUIRED BUT CONSIDERED AN AWESOME ASSET:
- Knowledge of how to set up & tear down event tents
- Comfortable driving 1 ton Cube van
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
