About the Role
Are you a motivated student or recent graduate in South Delta looking for a hands-on gig with top-tier pay that fits entirely around your school or sports schedule?
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual (ages 16–19 preferred, high school and college students welcome) to help assemble heavy-duty utility furniture on a flexible, project-by-project basis right here in Ladner/Tsawwassen.

What You’ll Be Doing & Learning
- Building & Assembling: Safely and efficiently constructing heavy-duty utility furniture.
- Finishing Touches: Painting and staining manufactured furniture.
- Process Optimization: Learning how to streamline building processes and maximize tool efficiency.
- On-the-Job Training: I will personally train and teach you everything you need to know. You don't need to be a master builder on day one—just willing to learn!
Pay & Perks
- Top-Tier Pay: Paid per project. When transferred to an hourly rate, it equals $20.00 to $40.00+ per hour, depending on how fast/efficiently you work and the level of responsibility you take on.

Job Requirements & Strong Assets
No experience is strictly required, but the following are heavy preferences :
- Location: Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Tsawwassen or Ladner.
- Any prior light construction, shop class, or building experience.
- Basic comfort or familiarity with power tools (impact drivers, chop saw, orbital sander, etc.).
- Access to your own garage space in South Delta to work out of (highly preferred + compensated).
- Access to a vehicle (your own or one you can legally borrow) to transport materials (highly preferred + compensated).
- Ownership of basic hand/power tools is a plus.

Location Notice: This project-based position is strictly located in South Delta (Tsawwassen and Ladner). You must live in this immediate area or have a reliable, independent way to commute here.
