JPS Construction Group is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our commercial and industrial crews. We offer a $2/hr wage premium on all industrial sites and keep our crews working year-round. Company truck available for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
- Placing & Finishing concrete with hand and power tools to the high standard our customers expect. Vibrascreed and power trowel an asset.
- Reading site conditions and adjusting your technique to get the finish right
- Installing joints, textures, and final surface details
- Pitching in on job prep on some projects: formwork & rebar
What You Bring
- 7+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Confidently finish flatwork, curbs, and walls
- Ability to run your own section of the job and work well with the crew around you
- High standards for quality and safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Nice to Have (But Not Deal-Breakers)
- Red Seal certification or equivalent experience
- Repair and resurfacing experience
- Comfort running a power trowel
