Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Delegate Leads and Prioritize Emergencies
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Support clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and managing correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible
- Assist with other clerical tasks
Requirements
- Experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment would be an asset
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience with phone systems, data entry, filing and proofing documents.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in Roofing or Construction would be an asset
