About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Full Cycle Accountant to manage accounting operations across multiple growing businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple sets of books in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting operations, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting for multiple entities
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Process payroll and statutory remittances
- Prepare and file GST and other government filings
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Maintain organized and compliant financial records
- Support external accountants during year-end and audits
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong experience with accounting software such as:
- QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
- Sage / Simply Accounting
- Other ERP systems (considered an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred (Assets)
- Experience in automotive, service, or multi-entity businesses
- Experience handling payroll, GST filings, and reconciliations independently

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
