Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Field/Office Coordinator/Engineer & Industrialization Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, including CNC programming and robotic integration.
- Support the creation and review of schematics, CAD models, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize assembly lines and improve manufacturing efficiency through lean manufacturing principles.
- Aid in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment such as CNC machines and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and recommending enhancements for productivity and safety.
- Help coordinate field activities related to industrialization projects, including site assessments and equipment installation.
- Assist with documentation of mechanical systems, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution.
- Support welding, mechanical assembly, and testing activities as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, industrial equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo is preferred.
- Exposure to robotics, PLC programming, CNC programming, or welding is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of schematics and industrial schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate between office staff and field operations.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.

Pay: $49,398.36-$81,090.72 per year
