Job Title: Cannabis Budtender
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays
- Stay up-to-date with current cannabis products, strains, and industry trends
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18+ years old
-QCW certification NEEDED.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well as part of a team
