Join a well-established, locally owned cleaning company serving the area for over 30 years. We are seeking experienced residential cleaners to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will be reliable, dtail-oriented and one who takes pride in their work. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality work. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued, especially in residential settings. This position emphasizes punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and special requests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout each property
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage time efficiently to maximize productivity during each scheduled visit
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
