Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week
Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
- Quoting RV Rentals
- Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person
- Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations to meet booking targets
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction
- Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent and helpful
- Accurately complete Rental Agreements
- Schedule, process, and inspect each RV for delivery and return
- Daily cash and credit card transactions - when needed
- Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
- Support our guests while they are on their trip
- Help with community events
Qualifications:
- College or University education an asset
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Previous sales experience considered an asset but not required
- The employer will provide all training and resources
- German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Pay: CA$20.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive ($200 to $300)
