RED Mountain Resort is hiring Food Runner / Bussers for the 2026/27 Winter Season! As a Food Runner/Busser at RED Mountain, you’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every meal is memorable.
What You’ll Do

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.

Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience.

Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.

Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.

Collaborate with culinary and other F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift

Support other outlets as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking energetic hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and eager to grow in a dynamic mountain resort setting.
You bring:

2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.

Serving It Right Certification.

Experience with POS systems is an asset.

Excellent food and beverage knowledge.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.

Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. working in indoor and outdoor settings.
