We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or towing equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and related reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations.
- Assist with vehicle repairs or maintenance tasks as needed, utilizing automotive repair skills.
- Operate forklifts or other machinery when required for loading or unloading vehicles.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial driving, especially with tow trucks or heavy-duty vehicles, is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is highly desirable.
- Customer service experience to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to towing and transportation operations is essential.
