PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
● Follow FIFO (First In First Out) to ensure the quality of ingredients
● Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
● Organizing all the walk-in fridges and storage shelves
● Communicating with others to facilitate an efficient service
● Bringing a positive, cooperative, and inquisitive attitude to the team!
● Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
● 1-year cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant is an asset (preferred, not required)
● Experience in a pizzeria is a strong asset
● Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
● Able to stand for the entirety of the shift
