Performance and Analytics, a division of Regulatory and Analytical Services, is an investment processing service group that provides performance measurement, analytics and reporting services to Asset Management, Insurance, Wealth Management and Pension Funds clients. The department has a global presence with current locations in New York, Toronto, Montreal and Mumbai. What You Will Get To Do:
Main
-
For key large clients, act as main interface or consultant pertaining to performance analytics and their subsequent reporting. Assist with new client initiatives and play a key role for escalating any issues they might find.

Provide business analysis for product development items, projects and client-directed queries.

Guide and advise on new Performance Services client implementations
-
Provide oversight of daily and monthly tasks to clients and ensure exceptional quality of client deliverables
-
Contribute to growing the Performance & Analytics business globally
Client Satisfaction:
-
Ensure timeliness and highest levels of quality in services delivery
-
Manage the client ad-hoc queries process to ensure timely resolution, per client expectations and agreements
-
Manage development items and enhancements requested by clients
-
Develop and maintain relationship with high-profile clients and senior executives
New Client Implementations:
-
Lead implementation teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines
-
Manage projects and develop internal liaisons and business relationships with various teams across the organization
Operational and Business Management:
-
Mitigate key risks and identify areas for improvement of BAU processes
-
Work in partnership with technology product teams to resolve issues and improve overall business operation
Business Development:
-
Assist Sales teams on RFI, RFP and other areas required.

Deliver product and service demonstrations to existing and potential clients
-
Act as primary regional subject matter expert and act as a key performance measurement and analysis resource within the organization.

Participate in industry conferences and other professional events
Product Development and Innovation:
-
Contribute to strategic product development by designing and recommending new features and enhancements to the product team
-
Research, validate and recommend various analysis methodologies to keep current with industry trends and needs.
What You Will Bring:
-
10-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement or related field
-
Solid understanding of investment performance, ex-post risk, GIPS and attribution analysis best practices.

Strong knowledge of a range of asset classes, such as equity, fixed income and derivatives
-
Completed or progressing towards professional level qualification, preferably either CFA or CIPM
-
Proven ability to meet strict periodic deliverables
-
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others
-
Ability to multi-task effectively and ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environment
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively explain attribution results
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
-
Ability to forge relationships with clients, internal departments and other stakeholders

Experience using SS&C Sylvan and SS&C Geneva is preferred
