Position Overview
The Social Media Ads Specialist is a vital role within our team. You will be working directly with the Account Managers to improve our client’s Social Media Ad Campaigns. Your punctuality will be relied upon in organizing and managing our clients’ accounts.
There will be a healthy balance of opportunities for getting deep focused work done and communicating with others in person and via video chat. However, this role is no cakewalk and we will be heavily relying on your organizational PPC skills, maturity, and professionalism for maintaining our high standards of success with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize successful Meta Ads campaigns to obtain high-performing results
- Management of client media-spend budgets to ensure ad spend is on track
- Ensure proper setup of Meta Ads conversion tracking
- Meta audience research, creation, and measurement
- Meta ad copy and image/video testing (in conjunction with Manager)
- Monitor the overall performance of paid search efforts and report on KPIs
- Analyze and report on all relevant metrics, resulting in campaign improvement recommendations and implementations.
- Provide a short morning summary of daily priorities and an end-of-day summary of work completed/remaining.
Requirements
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience, primarily in paid search campaign management
- Familiar with audience building and customer persona development
- Understand how to install a Meta pixel and setup Custom Conversions
- Experienced with Remarketing campaigns
- Experience with ad copy development
- Basic graphic design skills a bonus
- Experience creating high converting landing pages a bonus
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of spreadsheets and Google Docs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
