POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Custom Cabinet Maker at LINN Millwork, you will play a key role in the design and development of our custom millwork projects. Working closely with our project management and production teams, you will use your expertise in cabinetmaking to interpret drawings and specifications and create the custom elements required for our customers.

DUTIES
- Assemble and fabricate custom millwork elements according to shop drawings, specifications, and blueprints (reception desks, curved millwork components, custom one-off design elements)
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
- Make adjustments and repairs as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a cabinet maker is a requirement
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for woodworking
- In-depth knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift materials, work at heights, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during assembly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability: ability to arrive on time for shifts, meetings, and deadlines
