As our new Accounting / Office Assistant, you’ll have a dynamic role with responsibilities spanning executive support, office administration, accounting and project coordination.
Operations & Project Support
Office administration like office supply orders, answering telephone, greeting visitors, mail, and onboarding support for new hires
You will gain hands-on experience across all operational facets of the business, providing a strong foundation for professional growth as you develop expertise in each area.

This is a full-time permanent position working in our St. Jacobs office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to your 2 weeks’ vacation, you’ll receive 5 paid sick days, benefits, and you’ll have potential to earn profit sharing bonuses.
