Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to manage daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience across multiple units. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Assist the corporate chef with creating and refining menu items, incorporating innovative culinary techniques
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations
- Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs
- Train new team members on food preparation, safety protocols, and service standards

Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
