Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Commissioned Roofing Sales professional to drive business growth through outside sales efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and promote our comprehensive roofing services. The ideal candidate will have a successful time track in roofing sales, will be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about building lasting partnerships in the roofing industry.
Skilled Roofing Sales Professional is needed to service residential and commercial leads in the GTA for roofing sales projects involving:
shingle replacement
flat roof replacement
eavestrough, soffit, fascia, siding
roofing repairs of all types
cedar, slate, skylight, sheet metal, specialty metal projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting with home or building owners, property managers
- Assessing condition of the existing roof, roof drainage
- Providing specific take offs in liaison with our installers
- Preparing detailed estimates on scope of work
- Conducting sales presentations
- closing customers on needed work
- working a construction software used to work through the sales process
- Submitting detailed work orders for jobs sold that can be turned over to the installing technicians - including job specific photos, diagrams, measurements, materials needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive/ documented experience with estimating and selling residential and/or commercial roofing renovation and restoration projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with the team
- Valid Working at Heights and WHMIS tickets.
- Must provide a criminal background check
- G drivers license with good Drivers Abstract.
- Reliable, punctual and familiar with communities in the GTA
- Own vehicle with ladder racks is strongly preferred (compensation available for work related mileage... if using own vehicle)

- Work-related references from previous sales employment work
Commission /salary potential: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
