looking for a full-time team member to join our growing practice.
This position is a combination of administrative reception and patient
pretesting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with
people, and learning new skills in a professional healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Perform preliminary vision testing using specialized equipment
- Assist with patient flow to help ensure appointments run smoothly
- Support our doctors and clinical team with administrative tasks
- Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications
- Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, medical reception, or another healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Customer service or administrative experience is considered an asset.
