Roles & Responsibilities
Painters/helpers:
- Complete painting projects on time and on budget
- Maintain high-quality work and excellent customer experience
- Keep tools, materials, and job sites organized
- Track progress in Jobber and communicate with Foremen
Foremen:
- Lead crews and oversee project delivery
- Set daily goals, mentor painters, and ensure SOP adherence
- Communicate with clients and management
- Maintain safety, quality, and professional job site appearance
Requirements
- Painting experience preferred (Painters)
- Willing to train the right candidates
- Leadership experience preferred (Foremen)
- Reliable transportation is non negotiable
- Team-oriented, safety-focused, and professional
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm; occasional weekends)
