Eisenbond Property Management is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain company safety guidelines and practices;
- Mop, brush, or spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection;
- Perform renovations and maintenance projects using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts and other hand tools
- Assist Foreman and other team mates during renovation or maintenance projects
- Perform demolition and site cleanup duties
- Operate jackhammers and drills to break up concrete or pavement;
- Provide basic tool adjustments and maintenance;
- Apply and learn established working methods;
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at buildings, construction projects, and demolition sites;
- Provide exemplary service to our clients and tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Construction or Renovation environment;
- Experience using measurement tools and reading blueprints – mandatory;
- Good computer skills are necessary
- Ability to provide physical effort – some heavy lifting required;
- Comfortable using both hand and power tools.
- Painting, drywall/taping and patching experience an asset
- Must have own vehicle
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
