Sachi & Co. is a growing Canadian jewellery brand located in Toronto’s Distillery Historic District. We specialize in modern, affordable luxury jewellery and accessories, creating a personalized shopping experience that helps every customer feel confident and valued.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and sales-driven individuals to join our team. If you love connecting with people, have an eye for fashion, and enjoy helping customers find pieces they’ll love, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Build genuine relationships and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Help customers select jewellery and accessories that suit their style and needs.
- Meet personal sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Keep the boutique clean, inviting, and well-presented at all times.
- Represent Sachi & Co. professionally at in-store events, pop-ups, and seasonal markets when required.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, jewellery, or retail.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
