What You'll Do:
- Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person
- Educate clients on insurance coverages by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
- Use strong problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns efficiently
- Apply sound judgment and make "what makes sense" decisions that prioritize the customer experience while aligning with best practices
- Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Confidently multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What Will Make You Successful:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Natural problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make practical decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Confidence using technology and office software
- Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we'll support you!)
- Ability to work in-office and ideally live locally
